Shipping
Due to the nature of our items begin handmade, they will be processed within 3-9 business days after receiving your order confirmation. Once your order has shipped or is available for pickup, you will receive another notification. The notification will provide tracking information.
Once an item has been shipped, it is unfortunately out of our hands and we cannot control when it will arrive, when it is marked as delivered, if it goes missing, etc. In the unfortunate circumstance that your package is missing, file a claim with your local post office.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout along with an estimated delivery date.
International Shipping
We DO NOT offer international shipping to all countries.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification. This will include a USPS tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
